Very poor service

After struggling for a whole month to cancel my Service (ADSL, Data Package and telephone line) they finally deactivated my service just two days after I paid, now I know what they where waiting for. So when we signed up we specifically asked for a month to month because contracts are a fuss. Now after everything was cancelled they charged us a cancellation fee of round about R1 200, why you ask, well according to telkom we have singed a contract. On top of that my Data Package hasn't been cancelled and I received a Bill. I am up to date with technology and I do require an Internet connection otherwise I'm disconnected from the world BUT, this really is very very poor service I will never in my life do any business whatsoever with TELKOM again
