Telkom never fails to disappoint! I have cancelled my contract in middle of June my ADSL part of it. I requested for my telephone to still be active. I was assured that i will only pay for for my telephone line and all is well, until i get my bill in the post! i was aware of the cancellation take three months and i cancelled prior to the time! telkom is now charging me the whole bulk amount which is R949.55 this includes the ADSL that i cancelled and even got a ref number for> i then called telkom and explain my situation and told them that i will only be able to pay for the phone as the adsl modem was put off a long time ago and I'm not paying for something that i did not use! they then said its fine and they will credit my account of which i also have another ref number for. i then thought this case is resolved and payed only for the telephone turns out that telkom only credited me for a hundred or so. I am prepared to pay for the telephone ONLY as i have not used the internet after i cancelled! the service i received is truly disgusting. Not a single member of telkom tried to contact me back with this matter! BAD SERVICE is all that i received from telkom
