Billing after cancellation of account

I previously had a Telkom ADSL account. I cancelled the account because it got to expensive. A couple of months later one of Telkom's representative were in our neighbourhood pitching a new promotion. The promotion he was selling was a Telkom ADSL line with a 3g Dongle with 500MB on each month for R399.00 per month. He also explained that it works like a prepaid account and that if you don't pay the month your account won't accumulate, it will only be disconnected until you pay your R399.00 again. Thinking this is a great deal I took the package. The first month I received a bill of about R200.00 which I paid. Second month the same thing and the month after that. In December'12 I received a second bill with a different account number for the amount of R700 and something. I lodged a complaint and they said that they made a mistake and opened 2 accounts instead of one. I cancelled my account in Dec'12. Up until now I am still receiving accounts from Telkom, in fact I received one again today, and it has still not been cancelled. I have been handed over to the legal dept. and am now on ITC because of this. NO ONE will help to sort this out and I'm just being sent from person to another.
