Telkom Downgraded my line for no reason

I have been usingTelkom as my telephone and ADSL line supplier and when i canceled my ADSL package with Inx they canceled my ADSL account with Telkom and then i finally got my line back up three days later TELKOM decides to downgrade my line to just a voice line. Then my land lord who owns the line phones then and then they say we have never had the line upgraded to an adsl line for data transfer but then how have i used my adsl since January i have statements showing that i have been paying for my internet. my line has been doen since the 9th of this month and am not able to use my internet so yes Telkom is useless and rude to their customers when they just want everything sorted out so fix this issue
