Data package on my bill (Never asked for it)

Please help.
I had 2 homes. Sold one. Registration went through on 31 May 2013. After the line was transferred to the new owner Telkom decided to bill the data package to my account where I'm currently staying. I stopped this data package in April already and tried to fix this problem ever since. This is very, very frustrating. I have a TOC number: 918 4299 41 where Joseph promised me once again this data package will be cancelled. Apparently it must show as cancelled before they can fix my bill.
