Complaint due to Horrible Service

To who it may concern,

I would like to lodge a complaint against the most pathetic support Ive ever had from an ISP.

I logged a call with you over a month ago, Regarding Latency during gameplay,

I have since then stopped playing Diablo 3 as my ping never drops below 1000, So I decided to rather play Guildwars 2, and its the same, Played Battlefield 3, SAME even on local servers, I am now playing Call of Duty 4, I get 28 ping like it should be for a min or 2 then bam 700, On all SA including international servers, I have tried and tested my Mweb and Telkom Account and both work without issues, And to my surprise nobody ever got back to me regarding my previous issue, they just closed the call, I turned off my router as requested, for a complete day, where they were going to do tests, Nothing.

To conclude, You are now my least favourite ISP in all of Existence.
