High Latency Internet

Since Monday 15 April 2013, my Mweb internet quality as fallen so much that it has become almost useless. I play online games allot and do allot of downloading, but recently i can't play a online game because my ping is so high that my player freezes in-game. who in the world can play with a ping of 800-1300. It is supposed to be under 100 for SA servers and under 250 for the overseers servers i play. I have reported this issue but have gotten no feedback what so ever. I am really disappointed since it has been 3 days already. My downloading is also suffering from this problem since my speed is jumping around allot.
