FIX MY PING!

I am a League of legends player on a European server. i have been playing for almost a year and have never had any issues with my 1 Mb uncapped line (Ping is around 200-210). 1 Month ago out of the blue i suddenly started to get around 500-900 ping in every LoL game i played. This is only happening to the Telkom 1 Mb lines... i was told wen i got the 1 Mb uncapped package that i would not be throttled. When i call the support centre, the people i speak to always tell me i dnt have a problem with my line... however this is not the case. This LAG persists from 10am in the morning till around 11PM at night (DAILY)... i find this utterly ridiculous. My friends who are with MWEB and other ISP's never have this lag problem. I would like to know how u plan on fixing this.
