Continuous billing after cancellation

After canceling my cell phone contract in August 2012, Autopage has failed to stop billing me. I have now been in four times to ask them to cancel the debit order and refund my money. I have not been using the cellphone at all. It is now March (7months later) and they are still debuting me R234pm. I have proof in writing of the times that I have gone to se them, but now they have claimed to have lost my details and even with proof no one can help me. I want someone with authority to contact me and sort this out.
