Ok so that was my previous report:

" For the past couple of months I have been experiencing constant internet drop. Like a couple of times a night my internet would just stop working and I would have to reset my router and once it picks up again it would die again in a couple of minutes and it goes on like that every night. I get roughly between 5-10 drops a day, mostly at night. Now that is not the whole problem. I do a lot of online gaming and firstly the internet drop is bad but I also get major latency and lag spikes. For example I would be playing and my in-game ping is supposed to be 10-11 on Johannesburg based servers and 30-40 on Cape Town based servers. That was the case before. Now I would start off with those and every few seconds my ping would spike to 300-400. That renders my game unplayable. Not to mention the internet drop smack in the middle of my game. This is my first ever report on Hellopeter.com, so I am not sure if I mentioned everything correctly and in the right manner. Please help me. Thanks in advance. "

Nothing has been fixed. I received an answer from Telkom asking me to email them more details, I did. Nothing happened. They ignored me. What's next?
