Slow connection and pathetic support

I have had the 1mbps connection for Kawuleza connect for a while now, and have had continuous problems with the connection.
I took the connection as there are no Telkom lines in our complex, and this was the only connection that would offer acceptable latency for online gaming.
Usually on BF3 and Diablo 3 my latency was between 20 to 90 ms for BF3 local servers and 250 - 300ms for Diablo 3 on EU servers.
This was awesome and everything ran 100%.
Last week Kawuleza had a major DNS issue as per Kashief and routed everyone to a different tower for a while until they sorted out the issue.
Since this issue my latency on local server has been over 1000ms the same with any international servers.
Spoke to Kashief yesterday complaining about the issue and he was no help and wasn't interested in helping.
I sent 2 emails to him with no reply and then called him to try and get the latency issue sorted.
His direct words were: "He logged onto the router and everything looks fine. What do you want me to do? Give you a faster connection? "
I just want my latency back to normal, my downloads weren't the issue but clearly Kashief/Kawuleza is not interested in assisting paying customers.
