I took out a top up contract phone on the 9th Feb 2013 and return to the shop the next day at Somerset Mall the 10th Feb complaining that I having problems with Facebook and BIS connection. The front desk guy said that I have to come back the Monday as their technicians only work during the week. He didn't even look at the phone. I told him that I am leaving the next day for a week to Sun City and is afraid that I will loose my 7 days warranty on the phone. He pull up his shoulders and said he cant help me. I return back to the shop after my week away, the technician told me its a software problem and needed to take the phone to the repair shop. They booked my phone in and told me to fetch the phone the next day. When I fetch the phone the next day I told the guy that I don't want the phone and is unhappy because their was now a repair done so it was faulty from the beginning. He log the complain on the 19th of Feb and it is now the 16th of March and still the problem isn't resolve or feedback on my complain.
