Worst ISP ever!!!

Telkom is the worst f*&king ISP ever, every time I phone in, they have have the same excuse, or a completely different one, but nothing ever gets done!!! "We are working on your problem" or "A technician will be with you shortly". I am tired of this f$%king!!! All talk no damned thing ever gets done to correct the faults, if it does it's onlly for a week!!! I am getting to a point of sueing them for false advertising: "Fast reliable internet" it's soldemly fast and NEVER reliable!!!
