When will I be able to enjoy my internet?

When will I be able to enjoy the "fast reliable" internet that Telkom always promises it's clients? When are they finally going to live up to their motto? Can any one please answer this for me? I have been on the phone to Telkom at least once a month with issues arrissing from their internet, if my connection is slow, or my upload speed hes not dropped, the modem loses it's connection in the middle of nowhere, everytime I phone in it is a different excuse, a different reason for the problem, then they come and fix it only for me to phone in again the next week, with the same issue. It is really getting on, my nerves. I am fed up and tired of the excuse and not getting a permanent solution!!!
