Useless yet again

I have been having trouble with Telkom from the word go. Keep losing internet connection, internet speed keeps dropping. No internet at all. bad telephone line, can not hear a thing. And each time I log a complaint it is a different excuse, always this or that or the other. I swear the have got an excuse book the size of a dictionary (with as many excuses as words in). I am tired of this from them, it is really getting on my nerves. could anybody please show me an ISP that is reliable and doesn't cost an arm and a leg, because as soon as my contract expires with Telkom they are not seeing me again, (except for the landline, because I don't have a choice)!!!
