Telkom useless network

My internet connection is giving me trouble for 3years and Telkom does nothing. I cannot watch videos, I cannot play games, I can hardly browse. When are you going to fix this? Please tell me what I am paying for? Can I start sending you some of my medical bills due to the stress of this? WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO? BECAUSE CLEARLY YOU ARE DOING NOTHING.

Please remove all your advertising about fast and reliable internet.
Please stop wasting my money on putting my alternatives out of business and fix my connection.
