Telkom, and poor service

Telkom Have not had our companies internet running since November.

They and claim it is working, they refuse to send a technician. we have been working off a cell c stick for 3 months.

I have spoken to their technicians on the street and they have confessed there is issues. The call centre then still claims there is no faults in the area.

The call centre also has an hour wait I'm to answer ans then cuts me off.

I will be removing as much of my business functions away from telkom as they are not reliable anymore.
