A company with a sense of humour?

At least the people at Telkom Mobile/8ta have not quite lost their sense of humour. From a new broschure: "Why Telkom Broadband? It's the best broadband there is. It's FAST, secure and RELIABLE". LOL.
If 1 Kb/s download speed for long stretches of time is fast, the you are indeed fast. If reliability means the absence of a usable connection for hours on end, then you are reliable. Secure, yes - as secure as a dead elephant.
Dozens of calls later, e-mails, two visits from technicians - and it's just getting worse.
But for the first year (at the same location, with the same equipment) I had reasonably GOOD connections - what went wrong? Are you recruiting customers faster than you can keep up with capacity?
The sad thing is that I have recommended you to others back then - what an embarrasment for me as they too struggle to get their business done.
