Telkom not delivering reliable service

This must be the sixth complaint I have lodged on this website against Telkom. This time it is because the service I am receiving is patchy and unreliable. We are paying for a 1 meg line and should be getting approximately 70 to 80 kB/s and even faster at night. Instead my spead is fast for a while and then drops to about 0.8 to 1.5 kB/s. This is a far cry from what we are paying for. The last problem we had with Telkom has barely been sorted out and now this is happening. I have had nothing but problems with Telkom and I am at my wits end on how to proceed. My next move will be a public demonstration outside my local Telkom office to warn people to stay away from them as they offer terrible service. I am paying for a service I am not getting and I am tired of struggling and fighting. And please, Don't expect customers to pay for a 1 meg line and then be satisfied with slow speeds and then be told that it is in range. We pay a lot of money for fast speeds and we expect them. And please stop threatening me with unnecessary callout fees. That's just a way of scaring off complaints and its unfair and just plain bad business. Please fix my internet I am paying for it after all.
