VODACOM ILLEGALLY TAKES CLIENTS MONEY

I have had my company account for 15 years with Vodacom and currently have 7 - 8 lines on my account. My average spend is between R2.5k - R3k pm maximum. In Oct & Nov Vodacom sent me a warning to tell me I had reached R7k, then R9k and them R12k on my account. I lodged a dispute with their technical dept, ; they said it was my iPhone fault & that the I was UPLOADING data. I went to the iStore & Vodacom Shop in Gateway and they said there was nothing wrong with my phone. The uploading continued and I visited the Vodacom Shop in Fourways and they fully reset my phone, at which time it stopped. In the mean time Vodacom took R9k from my company account over December. After many failed attempts to sort it out I got my book keeper to chase the issue. Vodacom said there was approximately R6000 on data usage that was queried. We objected again & they then sent us a new account, this time saying that it was R6k of CALLS and NOT data. We asked for itemised billing to prove it but they won't send it. ALL VODACOM ARE DOING IS ILLEGALLY TAKING THEIR CLIENTS MONEY, BANK ROLLING IT TO FUND THEIR BUSINESS WHILE THEIR CLIENTS WASTE DAYS ON THE PHONE TRYING TO GET THEIR MONEY BACK.
