TELKOM IS THE WORST INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER!!!

I have internet at Telkom but most of the time the connection is off!

Firstly their customer service big time, they take forever to fix a problem. Secondly, you wait forever on the call centre line. It must be because so many people are experiencing problems that their internet call center is forever busy.

They messed up my invoicing for two months in row, charging me for error they made. Then they suspended my account saying I didn't pay when in actual fact I did.

I am with Telkom for three months now, and for this three month's I have been having with them. Out of the three months, I probably used my internet for just over a month. Every second week I have to send in a fault report because my internet isn't working. Then my internet is off for 5-6 days, once the technician comes out to fix it, it works for about 2-3 days then the internet cuts out again. Every time this keeps on happening and every time a technician comes out and gets the internet up and running a few days later the same thing happens NO INTERNET! Telkom cannot even fix a problem that keeps on recurring.

The worst service I have ever received from a supplier. DON"T GET INTERNET BY TELKOM!!!
