No Response after al lot of effort from my side

After payment of my oustanding balance on 28 Feb 2013 a week later my service was suspended because of an apparrent areas amount. I called the service centre and after trying to explain for about 30 minutes the operator said I wil have to talk to her supervisor but he was not available and he will call me back within 24 hours. Because I do all my business on the phone I could not be without service and called again. The gentelman I talked to then immediatly helped me and said something is wrong from their side and activated my phone. He put in a request for account to contact me. Nothing happened and my phone was suspended again and I went through the whole proses again and again they switched on the phone and said account will phone me. Yesterday I checked my online statement and all of a sudden my account was in arrears. I have all the hard copy statements for the past three years and there is no arears amount on them, I phoned again to sort it out and the operator said accounts will phone me. Nobody has phoned me yet. I have been a contract client for more than 15 years and it would be wonderfull if my service provider was as loyal as I am, unfortunatly it seems it is not to be
