Service suspended after payments were made

Ever since I upgraded my contract from a top up to an open contract I have had endless problems with the billing of my account. I never receive my statement before the 7th of every month, which is also the cut off date for payments. I have to phone every month to get the amount I need to pay on the account, the consultants either give the wrong info or they don't load payment on the system after it is received. Every month I end up with my cellular service being suspended AFTER i made payment.

I have requested numerous times that they send me my statements by the 2nd day of the month at the latest but still I only receive my statements on the 7th. Yesterday my cell service was suspended AGAIN and its not even the 7th yet, nor have i received a statement. I phoned them yesterday morning after receiving an sms that I am in arrears (after i paid, that is ridiculous) and my service will be suspended. The consultant confirmed that they have received in payment and she has loaded it on the system and all is in order. Despite all that my service was still suspended.
