Does Cell C Train People To Give Customers Grief?

Yesterday I phone Cell C direct to do my upgrade (after two years, each month begging them for a monthly invoice AND NONE!). I was told by operator no 1 that the system shows an error. She would phone me back, which of course being A cell c EMPLOYEE, she did not. So I phoned again. Now I am told by operator no 2 that my account is in arrears. Transferred to "legal" but just get to operator 3, who tells me the same. So then I get to "legal". Person no 4 there tells my my account is 100% for long time. He told me to ask for "Joey". He puts me through. I get to another operator no 5 and again have to explain... He don't know any Joey, and transfer me to operator no 6, who also don't know Joey. He say he will transfer me to upgrades again and "ask to speak to any supervisor". Operator 7 don't know Joe and just transfer me to operator no 8. She say she will talk to the supervisor, I can not. She comes back and tell me that she will e-mail the problem to the supervisor and then she will contact me when resolved. As usual I know this won't happen.
I must have seen this coming as Cell C hates me and want to get rid of me. My account is paid up but I'm on legal. Pathetic!! No improvement
