I PHONED LAST WEEK TO FIND OUT WHY I AM PAYING SO MUCH FOR MY DSTV, THE OPERATOR TOLD ME IT'S BECAUSE I'M BEING CHARGED WITH INSURANCE FOR AN OLD DECODER THAT NO ONE TOLD ME TO CANCEL, ON THE SAME DAY I MOVED MY DT ORDER DATE. THE OPERATOR TOLD ME THE AMOUNT DUE IS R640 SOMETHING WHICH I PAID VIA EFT, MY SERVICE WAS THEN SUSPENDED SO I CALLED AGAIN FOR RECONNECTION WHICH THEY DID. THEN AGAIN MY SERVICE WAS SUSPENDED SO I CALLED AGAIN FOR RECONNECTION BECAUSE I DID PAY SO WHY DO THEY SUSPEND MY ACCOUNT THE WHOLE TIME??? TODAY AGAIN MY ACCOUNT IS SUSPENDED SO I HAD TO CALL AGAIN FOR RECONNECTION WHICH I GET CHARGED FOR!!! IS THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE??? I MUST PHONE DSTV 5-7 TIMES TO BE HELPED AND PAY FOR YOUR MISTAKES??? REALLY??? IT'S RIDICULOUS!!!
