Cell C
SERVICE SUSPENDED WITH DEBIT ORDER SYSTEM

I currently have an account with Cell C that I have had for 6 years. The phone is in my name but taken out for my son who is a student. He was phoned yesterday to advise that the service would be suspended due to non payment. I am currently on business in America and unable to phone them to re-instate the account. He advised them this but was told that they would have to sort it out with me. Since joining Cell C, my account has been on debit order. Apparently the debit order was not deducted at the end of October - no fault of mine as there is sufficient funds in the account. Someone on their side is sleeping. Why do they need me to phone them to rectify this. I cannot phoned from USA and now I will have no contact with my son at all. Why do they need me to fix their problems? simply deduct the money and all will be sorted. Hopefully this can be sorted out asap but this leaves a sour taste in my mouth. hope to hear from them soon
