Suspended and rude attitude

On 04/04/2013 I received an sms saying my account is in arrears (imposible as it goes off by debit order for a year now). My husband phoned, as the contract is in his name. They say his bankdetails changed (yet his account went off), they will deduct 05/04/2013.They didn't -over the weekend we phone AGAIN-they say they'll deduct Monday 08/04/2013, they didn't so we phone again! The lady says she is on the account - we don't owe anything. Now, 11/04/2013 I get an sms that my account is suspended - I HOLD 15MINUTES, for an guy with BAD ATTITUDE to answer and tell me he is not speaking to me because I ask to many questions!!! AND MY CONTRACT IS NOW SUSPENDED!!! This is why we left our previous provider - this is a mistake on Cell C's side, yet I get penilised! This is UNACCEPTABLE!!! YOU MADE THE MISTAKE!!! Get your people working! Cause all you have now is false advertising of how good you are!
