Account paid and phone still suspended

My phone was suspended due to non-payment.

I paid the outstanding amount on Friday, the 25th of January 2013.

I am aware that it can take up to 48 - 72 hours for the payment to reflect on 8ta's system.

On the same day that I paid my account, I phoned to get the Fax No. to fax the proof of payment to Accounts, the lady that I spoke to said that it's not necessary to fax it through, because they will only put my phone on as soon as the money reflects on their system.

So by Monday, 28th of January 2013, my phone was still suspended.
I phoned and the guy that I spoke to said it's very strange that she said not to fax the proof of payment through. So I got the Fax No: 088 0123 1138 72, and faxed it with copy of my I.D.

I gave it 2 days and phoned again, cause my phone was still suspended.

So yesterday the guy said I must email the proof of payment to him [Email Removed] to open a case.
Still my phone is suspended, I phoned 10minutes ago, spoke to the same guy that I emailed the proof of payment. Nobody has attended to the case. Case No: 4016427

It's been a whole week and I cant see how the money is still not reflecting and that my phone is still suspended
