Phone suspended due to poor billing management

On the 21st my account has been suspended, i made a phone call to the call center regarding my matter, Smangele Ntibane helped me.
My account was due to be deducted on the 15th, there was enough money in my account for this specific deduction to take place. I asked Smangele if she could tell me when my deduction should've taken place, she replied that it is on the 15th of every month, yet it was already the 21st. I made the payment via internet, and while she was on the line, I emailed her the proof of payment, she confirmed that she did get the email, and that she is sending it to the billing department. I was all fine with it, and she explained to me that it might take up to 24 hours before my account will be back online.
On the 21st I phoned about 4 times trying to get my account back online, as all the responses from the call center was that they can only help me with the account if i can email them the proof of payment, yet I'm at work in need of my phone. which is switched off due to a management issue from Telkom Mobiles side.
its been past 24 hours at this moment as I'm making this complained, it been longer than 72 hours yet my phone is still offline. whats going to happen?
