Rubbish product and no support for it from Vodacom

I recently upgraded to an Iphone, long story short it doesnt ring when people dial my number to which all of Vodacoms agents are now stating it is a handset issue. I have no problem booking it in with Vodacom, however they have no phones to supply you in the 2-3 week process due to the micro sim!! Now they say I have to do a sim swap in order to use a phone... at my own cost... great service Vodacom... i refuse to pay for this as this is under the handset warrenty.
Has no one at Vodacom thought of this... is there really to suppoprt for this... so annoyed right now!!
