FRUSTRATING & UNBELIEVABLY PATHETICLY POOR SERVICE

I ported my prepaid number to Vodacom &; signed up for a no device deal, all that was required from Vodacom is to supply a simcard. Since my handset required a micro sim, I specified that I needed a micro sim. But last week a received a package from Vodacom, opened it &; to my dismay it was a standard simcard, not a micro sim. So I informed Vodacom, &; was told that an administrator will call me back to fix the problem &; I was told this will happen within 24 hours, THAT NEVER HAPPENED. So again I contacted Vodacom, &; I'm told someone will soon give me feedback. AND NOTHING. Today again I contacted Vodacom &; was told that my query has been escalated to a sales administrator, &; they will get back to me &; that was @ 10am today &; of course - I'm STILL WAITING, &; its almost the end of the business day.
None of these call centre agents were able to advise if the correct sim was re-ordered or was put on delivery.
And I'm just sitting &; waiting, contacting Vodacom &; being further frustrated after being told the same thing over &; over with NO RESOLUTION.
