Upgraded to a 16GB iPhone in Feb but have been charged 2 x 24 Month Handset installment fees instead of only 1. I've also been charged a BIS fee even though I upgraded from Blackberry to iPhone and should not be paying for a service I have not received. Tried to get this resolved but Vodacom upgrades department line never, never, never works!!! Spoke to numerous agents every day and logged calls and never get a response. Finally received a mail today but that I will get a R 150 BIS R177 handset installment back. That is completely incorrect as I should get R 1963 extra Handset installment plus R 236 for BIS

Summary: Paid R 1963 extra Handset plus R 236 for BIS after upgraded to iPhone.
Tried to get this resolved again today, spent more than an hour on the phone, explained it over and over to 4 agents and result... call will be logged.
