Upgrade of Mobile Contract

At the begining of November 2013 upon discovery that my ex helpers mobile debit order off my bank account had increased significantly and when I was able to query it on the 11 November 2013 with the Inhouse Vodacom Store at the Campus in Bryanston - I was told that the contract was renewed and upgraded and that I took delivery of the new handset. I had not renewed nor had I upgraded this contract and had not taken delivery of the handset, infact I wanted to cancel the contract as my helper no longer works for me. To cut a very loooooong story short, after numerous emails, faxes of my ID and an affidavit I am still to hear from anyone from Vodacom. I have tried to have the debit order cancelled off my bank account through Vodacom - not sure if that has been done. I have been given incorrect fax numbers for Vodacom by Vodacom agents, no one at Vodacom can understand the dilemma, I can only speak to call centre agents and cannot go higher. Two months later I am still trying to sort out an issue that clearly indicates that the security questions asked by call agents don't help one bit.
