Not allowed to phone into vodacom's customer care

Tried phoning Vodacom's customer care line, only to be told that I had reached the maximum amount of times I am allowed to call in,

I find this incomprehensible as I am a paying customer and now to be told that my query can not be answered is totally unacceptable
