Excuse me

But I have phone 082111 twice. Now when I try and phone a third time to enquire why my third contract with Vodacom has not been initialized, I get told that I have exceeded the amount of calls to the customer care line.
WHAT THE $# IS THIS??? Does Vodacom actually give such bad service that they limit their customers to three customer care calls per month?
