Vodacom
No response from Customer Care

I dialed 111 today for Vodacom Customer Care and on the 4th attempt decided to stay on the line until they answered. Well, after 53 minutes the call was disconnected (I took a photo at 50 minutes).

This is absolutely shocking, seems like they are becoming like Telkom. I am due for an upgrade so maybe now is the time to shift from Vodacom who I have been with for 13 years.
