I decided to add to my contract with vodacom so I got a S4 with a new micro SIM card. Patiently waiting for it to come online. I phone vodacom customer care to try get an idea of what's happening and asking what the problem is and no one can actually answer me, I get told I must go to a vodacom shop to get my sim connected, what is the point of customer care then. I just keep getting told to switch the phone on and off and wait 24 hours. I left Nashua mobile because of incompetence but now I am wondering if I'm going to experience the same with vodacom
