I have a 2G data contract with Vodacom, I do not go over this amount a month. Except for once in October last year when "I" used 900MB in one afternoon (when my laptop was off) and I made a query and all they could tell me is that it was definitely me, they cant see anything else. Then February 2013 came and apparently I used all 2GB in two days, two sessions of over 900MB. I made a query into usage and billing because how could i possibly have done that when all i do is check emails and research websites (no youtube, no movies downloading, i don't share my password). I started by getting my laptop checked at a vodacom store and they couldn't find any problem with it. I went to customer care, they have to speak to advanced customer care, then a query is put through and I only hear back in 2 weeks and the same line, it could only have been you. This is not help. I was told I would receive the email with my detailed usage immediately and im still waiting. There is a problem, why cant they find it?
