On 2 January 2014 I received a SMS from Vodacom to state that my call limit has been reached and that my account was soft locked. I called Customer Care to query this and was told that data usage was billed to my account, instead of the data bundle being used. I logged a query with reference number S3-04Q38-80BK5. On 14 January I called customer Care again to query states of query and I was informed the query has not yet been assigned to someone. I am also due for an upgrade, but according to the Vodacom website, my account is in arrears, which prevents me from upgrading. Customer Care however confirmed that my account is up to date. Is the telecommunication giant experiencing technical problems?
