On the 7 November 2013, i called the Custumer Care Department stating that i received sms's stating that my cell phone contract was upgraded but i did not upgrade the contract. Received no communication. On Monday the 11 November call the Customer Care Line and find out what is happening, i am told that i need to send through an affidavid and copy of id. This was done on the 13 November 2013 and an sms was sent to me stating that, vodacom have recived the fax and will contact me in a day's time. To date i have recived no response. So once again i called today and i was told to contact 0821959 by one consultant and then the next one wanted me to contact the department. So i had enough and decided to contact the regional office. Spoke to the gentlemen there and he stated he would get someone to call but then they tried calling. I answered but they could not hear and they sent an sms. so i call back, then i am told the query was sent to the wrong department and needed to be sent to the department. They have now sent the query to the right department. Is Vodacom treating their clients fairly? Answer No. Please can someone at Vodacom reslove this issue urgently
