GOING FOR 2 WEEKS AND NO RESPONSE ON MY QUERY!

I am so upset and disgusted by this company, It must be the fact that they get more queries than complements that they do not take note of the complaints people lay against them. I wish that I had never taken out a contract with you people and rather went directly to MTN or Vodacom. So dissapointed! lets see how long they will take to take action on THIS complaint...
