After 10 painstaking years, this last 1 day will probably be the death of me. It is as if Vodacom has left the sum total of their uselessness for this one pinnacle in non existent, incompetent, useless service. After paying for my premature cancellation and sending ALL the documents through to you, some snot for brains individual goes and close the case stating that they didn't get the documents. This ON the service ticket number I got as an autoreply with the email CONTAINING THE DOCUMENTS. Trying to speak to your call centre is useless with everyone spinning a different story. Trying to speak to a manager is even more impossible. I want the telephone number of the head of cancellations, not your minions, the head of the department. I want this contract cancelled today. I don't care if you offer the last cellphone service on earth, I would rather rot in before making use of Vodacom again.
