Cancellation not done

I had requested a premature cancellation for 2 lines I have with vodacom. I did the payment and sent the signed cancellation letter to vodacom on 26th June. I was notified it should take between 24 - 48 hours to cancel.
On 27th June I followed up and was told my documents were not reflecting, I sent them again via email and fax. I followed up again on Friday and nothing was reflecting still, again I sent them. On the 28th I followed up again and still no documents reflecting. On the 28th still no documents showing. I was promised that the contract would be cancelled on the 29th by a call canter agent. Nothing has been done and vodacom is messing me around. I was promised my contracts would be canceled before the new month rolls over for billing! I am sick of being messed around by vodacom.
