Mweb have changed their email system. reminds one of the coca cola debacle when coke changed their product, which did not sit well with customers. Nevertheless, in using the new email system, i sent two enquiries to Mweb support (CAS-1802858-ZWYFSK and CAS-1802871-H00C8H) on 6 March 2013. Besides the automated response, I have not heard a thing from Mweb. So I battle on with probably the worst email system on the net.
