VODACOM IS CHARGING ME INCORRECTLY!!!

Vodacom debited my account with R1700, but I only have a 3G card of 3GB that is set not to go over when the cap is reached the cost for this is R199 pm only.

I had a cellphone contract with vodacom which I paid out last month. I filled out the premature cancellation documents, sent back the forms to Lebo. I payed the total of -R1400. and now Vodacom goes and debits my account with R1700 this month. WHY!!!???

I have complained so many times about this issue and then vodaom goes and just helps themselves to my bank account.!!! I want my money back by the end of today or I will take matters further!!!

So tired of Vodacom's poor service
