I've been waiting for over 1 week for my contract to be cancelled. I paid the Premature Cancellation Quote amount on 27 Nov and sent through required documents on 28 Nov. I contacted the cancellations call centre on 29/11 and was told to wait for a reference number. I contacted them again on 30/11 and their systems were offline. I only received feedback on 3 Dec with a reference number and nothing else. I then contacted the call centre again on 5/12 & was told that the documents I sent were not showing on their side and the lady said would forward my documents on to the admin team to process and it would take 24-48 hours. Today is 9/12 and my contract is still not cancelled. I have been with Vodacom for more than ten years and up until recently I haven't had any problems with them. However, their service levels have dropped and I am unsatisfied with the long delay in processing my cancellation.
