I ordered a new contract on 9 Feb 2013 and received confirmation on 12 Feb 2013 and was then told that delivery would be within 72 hours.

By March 4th I still did not receive the phone after numerous follow up calls and it takes 45 minutes to get hold of someone in the call centre to give you feedback on an order. Every agent I spoke to just passed the buck and I eventually decided to cancel the order as it was going nowhere fast.

If this is an indication of the service levels of Vodacom service provider when ordering a new contract I am glad I cancelled as this is ridiculous. The reference for this order online was 13805018. Come on Vodacom sort this poor service levels out!
