On Monday 02nd December i ordered a handset online with Vodacom and was told that the handset was in stock and so was the free gift. Delivery will take 1 day. I waited till Wednesday 4th December 2013, called the call center and was told that the order has not yet been picked up by the courier service.

I call again today 5th December and was told that the free gift was out of stock and that i should recieve the handset in a weeks time. I then cancelled the online contract due to the fact that i had no correspondence from vodacom informing me that the handset delivery was delayed

I went to Kilnary Mall vodacom to see if i can get new contract to replace the 1 i applied for on Monday and was told that i has an exsiting contract and that i need to cancel the contract in order for me to apply. I did that the morning. We called the complaints line and was told that they cancelled the contract and that i should apply a bit later

I tried again but was told the contract is active.

I really dont wanna move networks, and hopefully someone will asisst me. I just think that i should have been updated with regards to my order and not have such difficulty in get a contract from a store
