No Order numbe

Hi I Ordered a galaxy tab on 17/09/2013 and was told they were out of stock but the stock would arrive today, I assumed all was good with my order until an agent phoned me to day and wanted to do the order again, I explained that I thought I had done it yesterday and he then checked and told me it had been ordered, I have now just phoned to confirm that all is in order and was told the order is not confirmed!!! and will only be confirmed probably tomorrow, this is shocking service, how can you state you will deliver in 24 hours if it takes 48 hours to confirm an order, clearly I should have just gone to my local Vodacom shop and got my tablet in 10 minutes!!!
