Cancelled contract but bank account debited for it

My name is Nomusa Sithole. I phoned Vodacom because I wanted an Iphone 4S, this was around the 8th of January 2013. The agent told me that it would take 7 days to get the phone, I was in Joburg for training at the time, I live in Durban. After many calls to Vodacom and frustrations after more than 14 days had passed with no phone. Each time I called Vodacom nobody knew what was going on with the deal, I cancelled the deal on the phone and I sent an e-mail to cancel it. I was suprised to get a call now in March (2 months later) saying the phone is going to be delivered in Joburg. I told them that I do not live in Jo'burg and I cancelled the contract because of their ineffeciencies. I cancelled it again with the Vodacom lady on the line in March. I told them to keep the deal I did not want it anymore. I cancelled it because I felt that if they could not handle a simple query like that after sale customer service was going to be a nighmaire. I sent Vodacom another e-mail on the 26th of March and they promised to give me feedback within 48 hours, guess what - no feedback. I want a refund and confirmation that it is cancelled. Customer service at Vodacom is shocking!
